Tropical Sands Concierge Service is owned and managed by people who have been involved in real estate and the property management industry for over ten years. Throughout this period, we identified a tremendous lack of reliable, honest, licensed companies in the service industries. We realized that homeowners with busy lives and schedules were even more frustrated with trying to obtain quality services. We saw families and retired couples with a compromised quality of life due to too many demands and too little time. We decided to fill this need by creating Tropical Sands Concierge.

 Your home is your most valuable asset, and Tropical Sands Concierge will help you keep it that way!  Not only will we perform a weekly security check of your home & property, we will also e-mail you a detailed analysis of your home's specific needs and arrange for any necessary service providers in routine or storm related repairs. Our Home Watch providers are known for quality, dependability and integrity. Don't leave home without us!
