| Hurricane Policy:
| Trip Insurance is recommended- Should you cancel due to a hurricane, you have 3 options: (1)Cancel and lose your deposit (2) Reschedule in the same unit within 2 months and retain your deposit (3)Arrive and should a mandatory evacuation be necessary, you will receive a credit for the nights evacuated.

| Cancellation Policy:
| Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival for refund to be given. A cancellation charge of $75.00 is charged. If cancelling less than 60 days prior to arrival, the unit must be re-rented for the same time period for refund to be given.
