Maximum number of guests can not exceed 6 people, including children.

| Cancellation Policy:
| Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival for refund to be given. A cancellation charge of $75.00 is charged. If cancelling less than 60 days prior to arrival, the unit must be re-rented for the same time period for refund to be given.
