Crescent is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, beach activity rentals and an Island Grocery. Maximum number of guests can not exceed 6 people, including children.

All rentals require a refundable security deposit and a major credit card for reservation.

Please add 10% to rates for holiday weeks which includes Easter weeks(weeks before and after),4th of July week and Thanksgiving week.

| Cancellation Policy:
| Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival for refund to be given. A cancellation charge of $75.00 is charged. If cancelling less than 60 days prior to arrival, the unit must be re-rented for the same time period for refund to be given.
